Sun­flo­wer sprouts

They can be reco­gni­zed by the­ir sli­gh­tly nut­ty fla­vor and crun­chy textu­re. They taste gre­at as a snack and as an addi­tion to salads or egg spre­ads. They con­ta­in lar­ge amo­unts of nutrients and mine­rals such as folic acid, man­ga­ne­se, cop­per, and vita­mins E, B6, and B1. Sun­flo­wer spro­uts are also a sour­ce of die­ta­ry fiber.
