This unique combination of lentil, mung bean, and chickpea sprouts is intended for serving warm. The sprouts have a delicate flavor that pairs well with chicken, fish, rice, or barley. They are rich in folic acid, vitamin B1, copper, manganese, phosphorus, and vitamin B6. Stir-fry sprouts are also a source of dietary fiber.
