Leek sprouts

They have a sharp, distinctive flavor, making them a perfect addition to all kinds of cottage cheese and spreads. They are exceptionally rich in nutrients, minerals, and vitamins such as folic acid, vitamin E, manganese, phosphorus, and calcium. Leek sprouts are also a source of dietary fiber.
