Kohl­ra­bi sprouts

Kohl­ra­bi spro­uts can be reco­gni­zed by the­ir cha­rac­te­ri­stic pur­ple color and distinct, sli­gh­tly spi­cy fla­vor. Kohl­ra­bi spro­uts can be used as an ingre­dient in salads and san­dwi­ches. They con­ta­in vita­min C and folic acid. Kohl­ra­bi spro­uts are also a sour­ce of fiber.
