Kale spro­uts

You can reco­gni­ze it by its distinc­ti­ve, sli­gh­tly spi­cy fla­vor. Kale spro­uts can be used as an ingre­dient in salads and san­dwi­ches. They con­ta­in vita­mins K, B6, and C. Kale spro­uts are also a sour­ce of folic acid, pho­spho­rus, and fiber.
