Alfal­fa sprouts

They are cha­rac­te­ri­zed by a deli­ca­te, mild fla­vor and a sli­gh­tly yel­lo­wish color. They are wide­ly used in gastro­no­my. We recom­mend them to tho­se who appre­cia­te the deli­ca­te fla­vor of sprouts.
