OUR ROLE IN DATA PROCESSING
UNIFLORA Sp. z o.o. is a data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation.
CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA
We only process data that you provide to us and that is necessary to fulfill orders. Most often, this includes:

compliance with a legal obligation incumbent on us – including in the case of court or official proceedings, compliance with a legitimate request from law enforcement authorities, in matters related to compliance with legal provisions – for the period resulting from separate legal provisions (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f, “legitimate interest”).
Where we process your data based on your consent, we have the right to process it until you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time, but this does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing we carried out based on your consent before its withdrawal.

the right to access the data we hold about you – including the right to obtain a copy of the data, the categories of personal data being processed, information about recipients or categories of recipients, planned data retention periods, your rights under the GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and the source of the data we process.
the right to rectify or supplement your data – you can inform us about changes to your personal data or request that such data be corrected or supplemented; we encourage you to update your data whenever it changes so that we can process your current and accurate data.
the right to delete data (the right to be forgotten) – you may request the deletion of data if (I) you have withdrawn your consent to their processing (if the processing was based on consent), (II) the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, (III) you have objected to the use of your data for marketing purposes, (IV) the data are processed unlawfully.
