OUR ROLE IN DATA PROCESSING
UNIFLORA Sp. z o.o. is a data con­trol­ler within the meaning of the Gene­ral Data Pro­tec­tion Regu­la­tion.

To the extent you pro­vi­de data to us for the pur­po­se of pla­cing or ful­fil­ling an order, pro­vi­ding data is volun­ta­ry but neces­sa­ry to ful­fill that order.
Con­tact data, such as name, sur­na­me, ema­il address, tele­pho­ne num­ber, and posi­tion, is also pro­ces­sed for direct mar­ke­ting pur­po­ses for our pro­ducts. We also obta­in con­tact data from public­ly ava­ila­ble sour­ces, inc­lu­ding pri­ma­ri­ly con­tact data pro­vi­ded on the websi­tes of spe­ci­fic enti­ties.

conc­lu­ding and per­for­ming a con­tract – inc­lu­ding taking action at the requ­est of the data sub­ject befo­re ente­ring into the con­tract – for the dura­tion of the con­tract and any set­tle­ments after its ter­mi­na­tion (legal basis: Artic­le 6 para­graph 1 let­ter b of the GDPR, “per­for­man­ce of the con­tract”);
pur­su­ing cla­ims – until the sta­tu­te of limi­ta­tions expi­res and the poten­tial trans­fer of cla­ims to debt col­lec­tion agen­cies (legal basis: Artic­le 6 para­graph 1 let­ter f, “legi­ti­ma­te inte­rest”);
direct mar­ke­ting – for the pur­po­se of pre­sen­ting offers (legal basis: Artic­le 6 para­graph 1 let­ter f, “legi­ti­ma­te inte­rest”; Artic­le 6 para­graph 1 let­ter a, “con­sent of the data sub­ject”);
ongo­ing servi­ce – rela­ted to, among other things, pay­ments and com­pla­ints – for the dura­tion of the con­tract and the period neces­sa­ry to pro­cess sub­mit­ted com­pla­ints and requ­ests (legal basis: Artic­le 6 para­graph 1 let­ter f, “legi­ti­ma­te inte­rest”);
com­plian­ce with a legal obli­ga­tion incum­bent on us – inc­lu­ding in the case of court or offi­cial pro­ce­edings, com­plian­ce with a legi­ti­ma­te requ­est from law enfor­ce­ment autho­ri­ties, in mat­ters rela­ted to com­plian­ce with legal pro­vi­sions – for the period resul­ting from sepa­ra­te legal pro­vi­sions (legal basis: Artic­le 6 para­graph 1 let­ter f, “legi­ti­ma­te inte­rest”).
Whe­re we pro­cess your data based on your con­sent, we have the right to pro­cess it until you with­draw your con­sent. You can with­draw your con­sent at any time, but this does not affect the law­ful­ness of the data pro­ces­sing we car­ried out based on your con­sent befo­re its with­dra­wal.

the right to access the data we hold abo­ut you – inc­lu­ding the right to obta­in a copy of the data, the cate­go­ries of per­so­nal data being pro­ces­sed, infor­ma­tion abo­ut reci­pients or cate­go­ries of reci­pients, plan­ned data reten­tion periods, your rights under the GDPR, the right to lod­ge a com­pla­int with a super­vi­so­ry autho­ri­ty, and the sour­ce of the data we pro­cess.
the right to rec­ti­fy or sup­ple­ment your data – you can inform us abo­ut chan­ges to your per­so­nal data or requ­est that such data be cor­rec­ted or sup­ple­men­ted; we enco­ura­ge you to upda­te your data whe­ne­ver it chan­ges so that we can pro­cess your cur­rent and accu­ra­te data.
the right to dele­te data (the right to be for­got­ten) – you may requ­est the dele­tion of data if (I) you have with­drawn your con­sent to the­ir pro­ces­sing (if the pro­ces­sing was based on con­sent), (II) the data are no lon­ger neces­sa­ry for the pur­po­ses for which they were col­lec­ted, (III) you have objec­ted to the use of your data for mar­ke­ting pur­po­ses, (IV) the data are pro­ces­sed unlaw­ful­ly.
Right to restrict data pro­ces­sing – You may requ­est the restric­tion of the pro­ces­sing of your data (I) if you con­test the accu­ra­cy of your data, (II) if the pro­ces­sing is unlaw­ful but you do not want your data to be dele­ted, (III) if the data is no lon­ger neces­sa­ry for the pur­po­ses for which it was col­lec­ted, but we may reta­in it to esta­blish, pur­sue, or defend legal cla­ims, (IV) if you have objec­ted to the use of your data (we will restrict pro­ces­sing until your requ­est is con­si­de­red).
Right to object to the pro­ces­sing of per­so­nal data – You may do so when we pro­cess your data based on our legi­ti­ma­te inte­re­sts.
The right to data por­ta­bi­li­ty – you may requ­est that the data we pro­cess be trans­fer­red to ano­ther con­trol­ler of your cho­ice, pro­vi­ded it is tech­ni­cal­ly feasi­ble.
The imple­men­ta­tion of each of the abo­ve-men­tio­ned rights, the­ir sco­pe, and the situ­ations in which they may be exer­ci­sed are gover­ned by law. To exer­ci­se the­se rights, ple­ase sub­mit a requ­est, to which we will respond promp­tly, and no later than one month from the date of rece­ipt.
If you belie­ve that we are pro­ces­sing your data in vio­la­tion of appli­ca­ble law, you have the right to lod­ge a com­pla­int with the super­vi­so­ry autho­ri­ty.

At UNIFLORA Sp. z o.o., we care abo­ut the secu­ri­ty of User data and the­ir pri­va­cy. The­re­fo­re, we have imple­men­ted appro­pria­te poli­cies and pro­ce­du­res that limit the possi­bi­li­ty of bre­aches in the pro­ces­sing of per­so­nal data. The­se pro­ce­du­res ensu­re that only autho­ri­zed indi­vi­du­als have access to your data, and UNIFLORA Sp. z o.o.‘s IT sys­tems are equ­ip­ped with appro­pria­te tech­ni­cal secu­ri­ty measu­res.
